Jumbor's obligation or liability under this Warranty Policy does not include any transportation or other charges or liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages or delay resulting from the improper use or application of the products 

▲Any damage which results from operation other than specified in the Operattor's Manualor, either intentionally or by erro, or repair or maintenance by anyone other than a Jumbor's Service Representative or an authorized Jumbor's representative;

▲.Any damage which results from neglect or malpractice of the periodic maintenance specified by Jumbor;

▲.Any situation where the original Jumbor serial number label or product identification markings have been altered or removed;

▲Consumabel materials specified in service manuals, including but not limited to paper, electrode,disposable or one-off materials, sampling materials, or adapter, filter, lamp, and probe;

▲ Any damage resulting from improper storage or transport;

▲ Any products of any other manufacture
